Having a bit of a chuckle in my first ever, ever, ever crop top (kris kringle-d to me by geneve!! thank you :-)). Not gonna lie, I have always stayed far away from crop tops but I have realised that they are actually really cute and fun to wear, and help to balance out my short body.
On a different note, I just want to address the siege that happened in Sydney at the beginning of the week. I know it's a heavy topic, and not something that I would usually talk about on the internet, but I thought that it's pretty important and close to home. My thoughts and prayers are with the victims, their families and friends, and everyone else who was affected. There is a lot of speculation out there and not much fact released to the public, but we do know that it was the act of a lone gunman. So I hope this incident will not be used as an excuse for discrimination against Muslims, Iranians and refugees across our country. Out of this tragic event, I hope our community is able to become stronger and rise up above any discrimination and negativity.
Anyways, school's out for the year!! I hope all my friends have a safe and happy holiday season. Also, congratulations to the class of 2014!

友達からクリスマスプレゼントとしてもらったクロップドTシャツを着て、公園でちょっと一人ではしゃいでた。このトップスをプレゼントでもらう前は、クロップド丈のトップスなんて着たくても私は着れないと思っていた。でも、本当は超可愛い！オーストラリアは今は夏だから、これからもいっぱい着てるはず。背が低いのもちょっとごまかせるかな？
ちょっと重い話になっちゃうけど、話したほうがいいと思う。今週の月曜日と火曜日に起きたシドニーでの事件。My thoughts and prayers are with the victims, their families and friends, and everyone else who was affected. この事件は一人の仕業で、この人がしたことでイスラム教、イラン人や難民達に対して差別がないように願ってます。それ以上に、オーストラリアは国として強くなって欲しいと思っています。
話が変わって、高校１年生としての生活が終わった！今からは夏休みを思いっきり楽しみたい！海に行きたい！友達と遊びたい！みんなも安全で楽しいクリスマスと年明けを迎えてね。じゃ、また今度。
