It's already been a week since the last time I posted! Shooting outfits and writing up posts hasn't been that easy the last few weeks since school is always calling my attention. But it is almost the autumn holidays, so hopefully I can post a lot then.

While I was sick last week I received a parcel from Sammy Dress Clothing, my first ever sponsor! They are an online boutique based in Hong Kong, and sell really affordable clothing. They sent me a super lovely, retro-style skirt. The material is quite sturdy and has some weight to it, which makes it feel much more expensive than it actually is. It also has some pleats around it, giving it a nice drape. I was a bit hot shooting this on Saturday, but I am super stoked to be wearing this a lot more once it officially gets cold in Sydney!

このあいだブログを更新してもう１週間！最近学校が忙しくて、コーデの写真を撮って文書を書く時間があんまり無い。でも、もうすぐ秋休みだからその時にいっぱいアップしたいと思う。楽しみ！

先週、風邪を引いて学校を休んでいた時に初めてのスポンサーからの荷物が届いた。香港のオンラインブティック「Sammy Dress」から可愛いスカートが届いた。今すごく流行っているレトロなスタイルの黒いスカート。「Sammy Dress」はリーズナブルなお洋服をいっぱい売っているけど、このスカートは生地がしっかりしていてすごく高い感じがして長く持ちそう。この写真を撮っていた時はちょっと暑かったけど、寒くなってからこのスカートをいっぱい着るのが楽しみ！

So I'm stuck at home sick. And I haven't posted in a week. I don't have an outfit to share but here are some dreamy photos that kind of remind me of my favourite season, winter! Hope you are all healthy!

So I look even more like a five year old than I usually do (I always get mistaken as the younger sibling when I'm with my brother) in these photos, but my dress has pockets so it's all okay. Also these clothes are a size or four too big, but could not resist since I thrifted them (i.e. where else am I going to find these?!) and they are prettttty cute.
I have been quite all over the place the last couple of weeks with assessments, schoolwork and dance rehearsals. I've taken an after school nap for the first time since kindergarten, and I also almost fell asleep on the school bus in the morning... But my new sneakers have kept me comfy while I'm on my feet (still smitten) and I've had lots of ice creams (maybe one too many...). Well, I should get onto my narrative (which is due on Tuesday and I haven't started)! Or maybe I'll take a nap... Hope you are enjoying this lovely Sunday!

最近13歳の弟の妹に間違えられる。私は15歳です！高校１年生です！でもこの写真を編集していた時、一瞬小学生に見えたかな？この服はリーセイルで買ったからサイズがちょっと合わないけど、すごく可愛いから買ちゃった。しかも激安。しかもドレスにポケットが付いている。
この2、3週間学校とダンスですごく忙しい！宿題とレポートが山ほど。今日も3時間半のダンスの練習があった。ちょっと睡眠不足で幼稚園卒業して初めての昼寝をした。そしてバスの中でも寝ちゃった。みんなもちゃんと睡眠を取るように！バス停をミスったら大変な事になって、もっと疲れる事になっちゃうwww

Pretty much the only reason I got through last Friday was because I knew I had a package waiting for me at home. I stuck it out through a full day of core classes, an assessment, and two ballet classes that  finally ended at 8pm. Parcels are freakin' exciting. What me as I proceed to wear my new shoes consecutively, for approximately the next 15 weekends.

金曜日は苦手な授業とテスト、そして８時までバレエのレッスン。すごく疲れていたけど、家に帰ったら新しい靴が届いていた！超楽しみだったから疲れがふっ飛んだ。土曜日には雨が降っていたけど、新しい靴を履いて写真を撮りたかった。多分、２０１８年までこの靴はヘビロテ。あと、wear.jpのアカウントを作ったからフォローをお願いします！プロフィールはwear.jp/elashockです。
